Initial Comments:
This report is for new equipment, Glucose Point of Care Meter (STATUS+), located in the Department of Laboratory; Digital Imaging Biopsy Specimen System (Trident), located in the Operating Room Suite; Biopsy Tissue Emobolization and Extraction Unit (CRYO2), located in the Endoscopy Department; Endoscopic Carbon Dioxide Insufflator (ECO2), located in the Endoscopy Department; Surgical Power Generator (FT10), located in the Operating Room Suite, beginning on February 22, 2024. The Hospital Of The Fox Chase Cancer Center attested they were in full compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998.
